My work has evolved naturally since the early days of Wilson Rose Solutions. What began as career coaching and professional development has grown into focused partnership with leaders and organizations navigating complex transitions.

I spent over a decade leading organizational development at a national nonprofit, navigating major transitions, building leadership pipelines, and guiding teams through complex change. Along the way, I also did my own “soul work”: examining blind spots, challenging limiting beliefs, and learning to lead through uncertainty. Those experiences shape how I partner with leaders and organizations facing pivotal moments.

What I Bring to Our Partnership

I hold a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and certifications in executive coaching, organizational development, leadership development and succession strategy, and DISC communication consulting. These credentials reflect years of study and experience, expertise I put to work for leaders navigating change and transition.

Combined with my credentials is an understanding of the territory you’re navigating. Leading through change without a clear roadmap, balancing competing stakeholder needs, and carrying the weight of responsibility are complex, and you don’t have to face them alone. I partner with leaders to provide clarity, alignment, and practical guidance so you can move forward with confidence.

With a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and experience leading organizational development through major nonprofit transformation, I bring both executive coaching expertise and lived operational insights. As a Certified Executive Coach and published author, I help leaders navigate change with strategic clarity, courage, and sustainable success.
