Happy Monday: Mistakes or Growth Experiences

How do you view mistakes?I use to think making mistakes were the worst. However, my view has shifted to looking at them as a part of the personal and professional journey. When you view mistakes from the perspective of learning and growth, then you can bounce back earlier when you make them. You take the lesson from the experience and you move on, versus being paralyzed by the mistakes and staying stuck. You are more open to trying new things versus being in the headspace of only engaging in things you know out of a need to be "safe."#HappyMonday! inspiration
