We have all started something new and felt like we didn’t know enough or have all the right pieces or any of a multitude of things that comes to our mind at the starting point. You are journeying on a path of growth and development, making positive changes to create the career and life that you desire. Don’t give up on yourself, don’t shortchange yourself. Look at your knowledge and expertise from the perspective of where you were versus where you are currently. Don’t look at them in comparison to anyone else. I am encouraging you to trust yourself - recognize your own talents, skills and experience and put them into practice so that you can move towards your personal and career goals.
