Happy Monday Inspiration: Vision

In addition to posting a #HappyMonday! inspirational quote every Monday, going forward I will be sharing my personal insight on the quote and how a particular quote touches me at the moment. My take on this quote from Dalai Lama – the vision precedes the action.

Merriam-Webster’s definition of vision – “something that you imagine: a picture that you see in your mind.” What image do you have for your career and life? Once you have that picture in your mind, what steps can you take to make your vision a reality. I emphasize “your” because this vision has to be your own. If it is someone else’s vision for you, the action may not come as smoothly. I know that sometimes people may see things in us that we don’t always see in ourselves. That brings with it a huge level of encouragement. However, the vision has to be your own. You have to have that image, that picture in your mind. This will do wonders when your feel like things are not quite coming together as you thought they would or should. This image is something you can hold onto as you continue pressing forward.

Here’s to your vision combined with action!
