Happy Monday Inspiration: Gratitude

Dictionary.com defines gratitude as “the quality or feeling of being grateful or thankful.” Who and what are you grateful for? Often when we are busy or feeling overwhelmed in our personal lives and careers, we might not immediately default to thinking about who/what we are grateful for. Reflect on your day, who/what are you feeling gratitude for today. Reflect on the month, who/what are you feeling thankful for? Go ahead and acknowledge who and what you are grateful for. For me, I spent the afternoon with my Mom this past Saturday and it was wonderful. I am grateful that we were able to spend time together and "reason" as they would say in Jamaica.
