Come Out of Hiding: Bring Your Gifts Forward

As we are on the final days of 2016, I wanted to share with you what’s on my heart and the work I have been doing to move into 2017. I have been in visioning and planning mode both on a personal level and for my coaching and consulting business, setting intentions for how I want to stand in my own greatness and how I want to show up and serve others.

As I reflect, I realize that I have always wanted to help others bring out their best and create the life and career that they dream of. Part of the reflection process has been for me to look in the mirror and be honest with myself about my own journey. Confession time – I Simone, have been hiding. I have not been showing up fully and have been in the ‘need to know more’ cycle. It does not matter the education, certification or increase in knowledge. If you are not using them, it becomes energy and time spent on obtaining knowledge and expertise so they can be hidden. 2016 expanded my comfort zone and pushed me out of hiding. One of the greatest ‘push out of comfort zone’ was that I was invited to Alaska to be a guest speaker at an annual event, this opportunity helped me to focus more on what I have to offer and got me out of the space of playing safe. 

For 2017, my intention is to live with more joy and confidence and fully show up while I am growing. Through coaching, training and speaking services, I am using my gifts and skills to help others develop and succeed. For Wilson Rose Solutions, I am focusing on working with new and emerging leaders in businesses and nonprofit organizations who are looking to lead from their core by tapping into and leveraging their unique voice and leadership strengths so they can have greater impact and move to their next level. I am working with people who are striving for greater and are ready to come out of hiding and bring their gifts forward, both personally and professionally.
