'Calm Time’ During a Period of Change

We are living through unusual times. For many, there are more questions than answers. For many, it’s a period of information overload, forcing you to be really selective about how much you absorb. For many, it’s a period of uncertainty about both personal and professional matters.

As we all go through this together, and deal with the impact of Coronavirus, I encourage you to build in ‘calm time’ in your day. Use this time to do things that replenishes your energy. Use this time to check in with yourself and be reminded of what truly matters. Use this time to reconnect with what you know is true. Use this time to reconnect with soul builders and supporters. Use this time to envision the opportunities and what could be, as we get to the other side of this. Use this time to feed your soul and strengthen your system. Use this time to cleanse your headspace and fortify yourself. Use this time to put on your own oxygen mask, so that you have the strength to help and be of support to others.

There are many things that we can’t control, especially now. However, there are also things that are within our control. Be intentional about building in ‘calm time’ in your day. You have a choice about how you chose to use this time, make an intentional decision!
