Build Your Resilience

The American Psychological Association, apa.org defines resilience as "the process of adapting well in the face of adversity, trauma, tragedy, threats or significance sources of stress." Go ahead and add your stressor here....

As you take steps on your journey to advance your career or grow your entrepreneurial endeavor, you will experience knockdowns and low moments. Notice the word will and not may. On my Facebook page, I shared a post about pushing forward, check it out here. To build your resilience, I encourage you to get back to the core, get back to your why. Why are you seeking to advance your career or grow your business? What will this growth mean to you? What impact will this have on your life? It's a process, but getting back to the core will definitely help you to weather the storm, maintain focus and strengthen your "bouncebackability."
