“Consult not your fears but your hopes and your dreams. Think not about your frustrations, but about your unfulfilled potential. Concern yourself not with what you tried and failed in, but with what it is still possible for you to do.” ~Pope John XXIII
Most of us experience fear at some point or another and often it is much greater when we are about to do something that will rattle the comfort that we know. I have had my (way too many to count) moments and shared a post on my Facebook page last week. I want to spur you to take action on the dreams you have for yourself. Dig deep and tap into your courage muscle and work it so that you can shift out of the space of frustration (or anything else that’s getting in the way) and step into your possibilities. I want you to move forward and succeed, I want you to “consult not your fears but your hopes and your dreams.”
Action step: Get an index card, Post-It or a blank sheet of paper. Declare how you want to live your life and what you want to see in your career and then write this down and put it where you can see it on a daily basis. Next, take a step each day that will help you to tap into your potential. I would love to hear your declaration, share in the comment section below.
